Terms of Service

1. What TestersZone is

TestersZone is a community platform where developers test each other's Android apps. We are not affiliated with Google, and we do not control Google Play policies or decisions. We cannot guarantee that any app will be granted production access.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and use one account per person. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or have a parent's permission.

3. Credits

• Credits are a virtual, non-transferable community currency with no cash value. They can't be sold, exchanged or withdrawn.
• Credit amounts, rewards and costs are described on the credits page and may change with notice.
• We may remove credits obtained through bugs, abuse or fraud.

4. Tester obligations

When you join a test, you agree to opt in with the email you provided, keep the app installed and stay opted in for 14 days, open the app and give honest feedback, and not use emulators, scripts or shared accounts. Leaving early or being removed for faking tests results in the penalties described on our verification page.

5. Developer obligations

Apps you list must comply with Google Play policies and applicable law, must not contain malware or deceptive behaviour, and must not ask testers for payment or unnecessary personal data. You must use tester emails only to run your closed test. Remove testers only for genuine reasons.

6. Paid plans

Paid plans are not yet available for purchase. Joining the early-access list creates no payment obligation. When paid plans launch, their price, what's included, and refund terms will be shown before checkout.

7. Content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give TestersZone a licence to host and display it so the service can work. Don't post content that is illegal, hateful or infringes others' rights. See the community guidelines.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that break these terms or harm the community.

9. Disclaimers and liability

TestersZone is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delayed launches or rejected production access applications.
